  • What happens to my YouTube channel if I no longer subscribe to TemPolor?

    Your registered YouTube videos will remain claim-free even after you cancel your subscription. However, future uploads won’t be automatically cleared unless you reactivate your membership.

  • Do I have the right to modify AI-generated music from the website?

    Yes. Users have full rights to modify AI-generated music as they see fit, including but not limited to:
    • Cutting and editing sections of the track
    • Mixing and combining multiple AI-generated tracks
    • Adjusting tempo, pitch, or key changes
    • Adding creative elements, such as new instruments, vocals, or effects
    • Rearranging musical structure (e.g., intro, verses, bridges)
    These modifications can be freely used on platforms like YouTube, including for monetized content, but it is important to note that one should avoid infringing upon others' copyrights after the modifications.

    1. Copyright Protection

    • For derivative works: If you significantly modify or enhance AI-generated music (e.g., through mixing, adding lyrics, or changing instrumentation) and incorporate substantial human creativity, you may be eligible for copyright protection under local regulations.
    • For unmodified AI-generated music: Under current U.S. copyright rules, purely AI-generated works do not qualify for traditional copyright protection. However, users can freely use and monetize the music on most platforms, provided they comply with local legal requirements.

    2. Legal Usage & Certificate

    • Prior to uploading, we engage third-party copyright agencies to conduct rigorous copyright checks to ensure that the provided audio materials are free from any copyright disputes.
    • Users have the legal right to use the music in projects such as videos, advertisements, and podcasts.
    • We provide a certificate of usage rights, available for download on the download page, as proof of authorized use.

  • Can I use AI-generated music directly without modification in my creative projects?

    Yes! AI-generated music from our platform can be directly used in a wide variety of creative projects during your active subscription, including:
    • Background music for videos, podcasts, social media, and presentations (both personal and commercial)
    • Advertisements, promotional content, and YouTube videos (including monetized content)
    For public release or distribution (e.g., albums, streaming services):
    • AI music generated through our platform: You may release or distribute AI-generated music, either as-is or with modifications, within the limits of applicable laws, for public use across various distribution channels. Please check your local legal regulations regarding the commercial release of AI-generated content to ensure full compliance.
    • AI music downloaded from the library: Users do not own any copyright or ownership rights over the original downloaded content. To release or distribute this music commercially, users must provide significant creative input (e.g., remixing, rearranging the track, or adding original sections). Only after such modifications can it be commercially released or sold.

  • Can I re-download the tracks after my subscription expires?

    Yes, tracks downloaded during your subscription are yours to keep. While you cannot use them in new projects, you can reference them freely for personal purposes.

  • How often do you add new content?

    We update our library daily to provide fresh and relevant content. Thousands of new songs and sound effects are added each month to ensure you always have something new to explore.

  • How to cancel the next renewal?

    You can manage your renewal by cancelling before your renewal date.
    • Go to Subscription page in your Account
    • Under your Next billing information, click the arrow icon
    • Click the option to Cancel renewal
    • Confirm your option
    • You'll see a confirmation when the cancellation has successfully completed
    • To turn the renewal back on, visit the Pricing page and select the plan you need

  • How to apply for a refund after subscribing?

    We offer a refund if you email us within 7 days of payment. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted. For any refund questions, contact support@tempolor.com. Our team will assist you.

  • Can I change my account/email address?

    Currently, we do not support changing or transferring accounts. If you wish to move your membership benefits to a new account, please apply for a refund on your current subscription, and then subscribe again using your new account.

  • How can I get the certificate license?

    Option 1:

    • Navigate to the top right corner of the page and select Downloads from the dropdown menu.
    • Locate the track for which you want to obtain the license certificate.
    • Click More on the far right of the track.
    • Select Get License from the dropdown options.

    Option 2:

    • Go to the Create Page.
    • Locate the track for which you want to obtain the license certificate.
    • Click More on the far right of the track.
    • Select Get License from the dropdown options.

    The certificate will then be available for download directly to your device. Please note that ONLY subscribers are eligible to download the license certificate.

  • What's your refund policy?

    Monthly Subscriptions

    • Full refunds are available if requested within 3 days of purchase.
    • Refund requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

    Annual Subscriptions

    • Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will be processed as follows:

      • If downloads are fewer than 10, a full refund will be issued.
      • If downloads exceed 10, we will deduct the equivalent of one month’s fee (prorated from the annual plan) and refund the remaining balance.
    • No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
